The Indian River Lagoon touches the neighborhood, and that’s where you’ll find the dock and the launch for kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and fishing poles. Boat slips are available, and there’s also storage on-site for boats.

Indoor amenities start with the clubhouse, which is comfortable and well-furnished. Residents use it for the multipurpose room, the library, and the billiards room. There’s also a game room and a sauna.

Outside, there’s a pool and a patio. Residents and their guests can use tennis courts or play a game of shuffleboard. There’s also a bocce ball court. Colonnades at Fort Pierce is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Condominium homes are available with 564 to 1,316 square feet. Buyers will find one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and assigned outdoor parking spaces.
