GL Homes is constructing 720 single-family homes in the Valencia Walk at Riverland community. Most homes include flex space, private outdoor areas, and screened or covered patios.

The Premier Collection includes five floor plans ranging from 1,348 to 1,761 square feet. These homes in the Egret, Ibis, Abaco, Sandpiper, and Sanderling models have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open floor plans with a spacious great room, option for a third bedroom, and attached two-car garages.

The Regal Collection has four floor plans with between 1,842 and 2,254 square feet. The Lucia and Sierra models have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the Monacello and Tribeca plans have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. All homes have a den, which can be converted to an extra bedroom, an attached two-car garage, and a covered patio.

Four models in The Signature Collection are the Atlantica, Costa, Palazzo, and Bimini. These homes have 2,167 to 2,352 square feet, two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Open floor plans are offered in each model and the primary suites include double walk-in closets as well as optional french doors leading to the screened or covered patio.

The Vintage Collection has five floor plans with 2,569 to 2,799 square feet. Elena and Caroline models have two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, flex space, and an open floor plan with a large great room. The Bianca model has three to four bedrooms and four bathrooms and the Julia and Madison floor plans have three to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. All homes in this collection include an attached three-car garage.

The Crown Collection has four spacious floor plans, ranging from 2,668 to 3,436 square feet. The Bellagio has three to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a den. The Carlyle has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms as well as a club room. The Michele offers four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms with a game room and optional formal dining room. The Tivoli has three to four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a club room, and lots of extra space, including a family room and a living room. All of these homes include an attached three-car garage.
