TownPark at Tradition is an active lifestyle community by Minto located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Situated on the Treasure Coast area, this community is surrounded by beautiful tropical scenery and endless options for entertainment and recreation. TownPark at Tradition Amenities
The amenities located inside TownPark at Tradition are second to none. The clubhouse is the focal point in the community and where residents meet to join in both social and physical activities. Residents can workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center, hang out with neighbors in the multi-pupose room, or enjoy a game of pool in the billiards room. Residents also have access to a catering kitchen, wet bar and coffee station, card room, library, and computers.
Outdoors the amenities continue with two lighted tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, two horseshoe pits, a pickleball court, and a lighted basketball court. There are also walking and biking trails throughout the community as well as a kids waterworks and tot lot. After a day of physical activity the resort-style pool and spa provides a great place to relax and the shade cabanas are great for getting some sun.
TownPark at Tradition Homes & Real Estate
Developed by Minto between 2006 and 2015, TownPark at Tradition has 1,100 single-family homes. Homebuyers can choose between ten low-maintenance models. The Coastal Collection offers five models which range between 1,895 and 2,552 square feet of living space. Each model has at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Some floor plans also offer dens perfect for a home office. Gourmet kitchens, private master bathrooms, and open floor plans are just some of the great features included in these models. These homes are available on a resale-only basis.
The other collection offered in TownPark at Tradition is the Shoreline Collection. These five models range from 2,333 to 3,242 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached two to three-car garage. These models offer open floor plans and covered back patios perfect for reading the morning paper or entertaining guests.
TownPark at Traditon Lifestyle
Residents of TownPark at Tradition enjoy a full calendar of clubs and activities available to homeowners. An on-site activities director organizes everything from card clubs and aerobics classes to community parties and destination trips. Residents are able to take part in these great activities because of the low-maintenance lifestyle offered. An annual homeowners' association fee covers general maintenance of the community grounds and amenities as well as lawn care and trash removal of homes in TownPark at Tradition.

We have been very happy with the care we've gotten from Minto Mastercare in our Age Restricted 55+ Section of Lake Park (LakePark) home which is part of Town Park (TownPark) by Minto in Tradition. They have been great.
We absolutely love our home here. We didn't want to downsize and our home here is plenty large and simply beautiful. I am an interior designer and I love putting my own touches on it. The floor plans of homes here are great for design! The architecture is lovely too and the landscaping is beautiful. All in all it's a great community in a great location. Come check it out!
