The Four Seasons active adult communities are some of the most popular amongst active adults.

For decades, K. Hovnanian has been producing quality homes and active lifestyle communities. One of their most popular brands in that time has been Four Seasons, a collection of active adult communities located across the country. Known for their modern single-family and attached homes, Four Seasons communities have become a hit among active adults.

Between resort-style amenities and active lifestyles, homeowners know they’ll enjoy a retirement with modern amenities and an exciting social atmosphere. It’s no surprise that 2017 was another great year for sales of Four Seasons communities. Here are the top-selling 55+ communities according to 55places.com.
