Four Seasons at Beaumont Overview

Four Seasons at Beaumont is an exclusive gated community with luxurious new construction and resale residences. The community is a favorite among active adult buyers who want a premiere Southern California location, gorgeous views, world-class amenities and modern homes.

The community is nestled in the beautiful San Gorgonio Pass area of Riverside County and is quietly tucked away from the crowds of Southern California, yet conveniently close to all the region has to offer. K. Hovnanian began construction of the community in 2005. K. Hovnanian is generally regarded as a builder of small to mid-sized active adult communities but, with the planned 1,923 homes, Four Seasons at Beaumont will become one of their largest communities in the country.

Like most K. Hovnanian communities, this community places a strong emphasis on finely crafted homes, top-notch amenities, and an active lifestyle. Outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers will cherish the proximity to nearby mountains and National Forests. Within the community's gates, there are over 500 acres of native vegetation and natural water features. Eight miles of walking and hiking trails meander through the neighborhoods following the gradual elevation changes within the community.

found Mike online and had decided to move to one of the 4 retirement communities in Beaumont CA met with mike and he toured myself and my daughter to each of the communities and we viewed homes that met my needs in addition he toured us through the features and amenities of each including the various clubhouses and buildings I addition he commented on the demographics of each which helped me narrow my search to solera he found a floor plan I liked and he set up an appointment to tour 4 or 5 of that plan and I found the home I liked best he made the offer and got the seller to throw in a nice electric golf cart into the deal he set me up with his preferred lender and escrow who efficiently processed the deal and within 45 days the escrow was funded and closed. Mike knows a lot about the area and the communities which made it easier to choose one and the right house if you need a good realtor with a lot of knowledge of the Beaumont retirement communities mike is a good resource and very professionally handled my home purchase transaction

This is like living in a resort. Every day there is something to do or stay in your home and do nothing. Each home has a nice view to sit outside and read or entertain guests. 3 pools, 4 new tennis courts, new lodge for ping pong, weight room, sauna and jacuzzi. Close to Palm Springs but 10 degrees cooler. Still building homes.

We are so grateful to be living here at Four Seasons Beaumont. This is the perfect, quiet, cordial community for active adults who don't dig golf (me!). Instead of a golf course, we have the most beautiful NATURAL trails along a protected wildlife corridor. This community attracts residents from all over the US and California and from all walks of life. The people here are fascinating. Many have had careers in the arts, academia, the business world.

When we moved in here just over three years ago, I instantly had about 1000 more neighbors and potential friends... and making friends here is EASY with all the interests and clubs. It's a breeze connecting with others who share our interests. The board of directors is responsive, deliberate, and considerate of the needs of the residents and does a fabulous job with fiscal accountability, so we are fiscally HEALTHY, as well as beautiful, clean, and like no other planned community you will find in the area. It's simply the best living situation I have ever had! We love it.

My husband & I haved lived here only 1 yr. and could not be happier. Each block has a captain and our block is like an extended family. We all meet at least 2X per month at a local restaurant and often meet together in each others homes. Everyone is very helpful and we have a lot of fun doing things together. There are many activities at the clubhouse which I enjoy as time permits.

After the passing of my wife a few years ago my friends and family encouraged me to make the difficult decision to sell our big family house and move in here to Four Seasons. At the time is was really a hard decision to make but it has proven to be a very good move. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming to me when I moved in. It's a very friendly atmosphere and I've been enjoying making new friends and meeting people who've been through the same difficult times as me. I am very active in lots of clubs, as many as my calendar will fit! Some days though I just like to lounge around the pool or meet the guys for bocce.
