Homebuyers looking for a slightly smaller gated community near Denver should consider The Retreat at Banning Lewis Ranch. Upon completion, this age-restricted community will have a total of 577 new single-family and attached homes for sale.

There will be 25 floor plans available across four collections, with options ranging from 1,206 to 4,207 square feet. The layouts will offer two to seven bedrooms, one-and-half to five bathrooms, and a two- to four-car garage.

As part of a master-planned community, residents will have access to a private set of amenities as well as the amenities in the larger Banning Lewis Ranch community. Amenities in The Retreat include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a theater, a kitchen, and a multipurpose space, as well as an outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and bocce courts.
