Gleneagles Village Amenities

The Club at Gleneagles Village is the main attraction for community activities. This clubhouse saw expansion efforts in 2003. Improvements included two new pool tables, card tables and a library that operates on donations by residents. The library also houses a big-screen TV and the catering kitchen was remodeled as well. All these expenses were completed with reserve funds; residents had no increase in monthly homeowner's dues.

Other clubhouse features include an outdoor pool and a banquet room with dance floor. With scenic ponds and landscaped walking trails, residents enjoy the great outdoors as well. The Links Golf Course is an 18-hole public course designed by Dick Phelps that surrounds Gleneagles Village. It offers spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and measures 3,454 yards from the shortest tees and 4,800 yards from the back ones.

Residents of Gleneagles Village are welcome to purchase a membership for the recreation centers throughout Highlands Ranch. This provides them with access to four recreation centers filled with exercise facilities, meeting rooms, swimming pools, tennis courts, and more.
