U.S. Homes constructed these single-family homes between 1982 and 1989. Residences range in size from 1,294 to 2,270 square feet, with some homes featuring plantation shutters, golf course views, open floor plans, and Corian countertops. Residents pay a reasonable HOA fee that covers guard service, an underground sprinkler system, lawn care, and common area maintenance.  

Scenic Hills provides many opportunities for residents to stay physically and socially engaged. Homeowners can participate in ladies’ luncheons or golf outings, take up a new hobby at painting or quilting clubs, or stay active through water aerobics, line dancing, or tennis.
