Veramendi Overview

Veramendi is an active lifestyle community in New Braunfels, Texas. The community will feature 650 single-family homes after its first phase of construction, future plans will call for more than 5,000 homes over approximately 2,400 acres. Final plans for the community also include a town center, retail stores, and resort hotel.

Sendero at Veramendi will offer seven single-family floor plans that range from 1,739 to 3,315 square feet. These homes will have between three and five bedrooms and two to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Each home in this collection will also have an attached two-car garage. 

Scott Felder Homes plan to offer 13 distinct home models that range between 2,204 to 3,268 square feet. These single-family homes will have three to five bedrooms, two to five bathrooms, as well as attached one- to three-car garages. 

David Weekly Homes will feature seven floor plans that range from 2,311 to 3,332 square feet. These spacious single-family models will have three to five bedrooms and two to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Every home in this collection will also have a two- or three-car garage. 

The Journey Series will offer single-family homes that range between 1,520 to 2,230 square feet. These homes will have three to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as an attached two-car garage. 

Surrounding Area 

Veramendi is located in New Braunfels, this location puts residents within easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities. 

Residents of Veramendi are also close to any daily conveniences they need, including Target, Walmart, H-E-B, CVS, Walgreens, and Lowe’s Home Improvement.
