Veramendi is an active lifestyle community in New Braunfels, Texas. The community will feature 650 single-family homes after its first phase of construction, future plans will call for more than 5,000 homes over approximately 2,400 acres. David Weekly Homes will feature seven floor plans that range from 2,311 to 3,332 square feet. These spacious single-family models will have three to five bedrooms and two to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Every home in this collection will also have a two- or three-car garage. 

The Journey Series will offer single-family homes that range between 1,520 to 2,230 square feet. These homes will have three to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as an attached two-car garage.
