Valencia Trails, a 55+ community in Naples, Florida is now selling new construction single-family homes. A dozen model homes are now available for tours, following January’s grand opening. 15 floor plans across four collections will be available to buyers interested in new construction Naples real estate.

Builder GLHomes aims to complete 850 homes with prices ranging from the low $400s to the mid $700s. Single-story floor plans, resort-style amenities, and a location that puts active adults close to the shopping and dining opportunities popular in Naples as well as the calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico make this community a highly desirable place to call home.

Naples Homes for Sale

In the Shoreline Collection, buyers can explore three unique models: Sandpiper, Flamingo, and Pelican. These homes have 1,674 to 1,954 square feet, two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Each home also has an extra room that can be used as a den, an office, or a hobby room. Covered or screened patios are included, and the prices start in the $400s, making this an attractive option for buyers who want to stick to a budget without sacrificing space, comfort, or community amenities. 

The Atlantica Collection offers four floor plans that have between 2,209 and 2,469 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. These models also come with flexible spaces that can be used as a den or home office. The models available are Nautilus, Coral, Pearl, and Sanddollar. There’s private patio space with these homes as well, and the Nautilus model includes garage space for golf cart parking. Prices start in the mid $500s for these homes. 

The Coastal Collection provides even more square footage, with four models that range from 2,620 to 2,913 square feet. The Seabreeze and Oceana models have two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an extra room to be used as a den, office, or extra bedroom. Attached two or three-car garages are included. The Sunrise and Marina models have three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. There’s also a flex space. All homes have their own outdoor space and a screened or covered patio, and they’re priced in the mid $600s. 

Four models are available in The Gulfshore Collection. Sanibel has 2,820 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an attached three-car garage, and a den. The Estero has 3,126 square feet, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, an attached three-car garage, and a den or office. The Captiva has 3,176 square feet, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. Finally, there’s the Bonita, with 3,474 square feet, three or four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. These models are priced in the $700s and include large outdoor spaces, some of which can accommodate a private pool.

Valencia Trails Amenities 

Residents looking for an active and socially engaged lifestyle will love the amenities available at Valencia Trails. Whether it’s swimming, tennis, pickleball, or salon services and dining options, these lifestyle amenities are available at Valencia Trails.

The clubhouse will offer 42,000 square feet with a fitness center, multipurpose rooms, and a grand social hall. Steam rooms, card rooms, and a sports lounge will be available as well as a catering kitchen and table tennis. Residents will have a restaurant and bar and a massage and nail salon.

Both a resistance pool and a lap pool will be available outdoors as well as a large patio for homeowners who are interested in relaxation as well as exercise. The Valencia Trails Racquet Club will include six lighted clay tennis courts, a pro shop, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts. 

Living in Naples, FL

Naples offers its residents constant recreation and activity. Several championship golf courses are in the area, including Tiburón Golf Club, which was designed by Greg Norman, and the Royal Poinciana Golf Club. Beach lovers can visit some of the most popular shores in the area. Naples Beach is not far from the community, and there’s also Clam Pass Park and Lowdermilk Park, routinely described as some of the best beaches on Florida’s southern Gulf Coast. 

Shopping on the historic Tamiami Trail can be found at Waterside Shops, an open-air mall, and high-end boutiques can be found at the Fifth Avenue Shopping Mall. Downtown Naples is full of entertainment and dining options, and not a far drive from Valencia Trails.
