Located in Western Pennsylvania, Harmony experiences hot, humid summers and freezing winters. Residents can expect an average of 26 inches of snow per year and about 37 inches of rain.

Although Harmony itself is mostly a residential area, the surrounding terrain consists of many steep hills, small mountains, and densely wooded areas. Connoquenessing Creek splits the borough in half.

The most frequented local shopping center is The Enchanted Olive, which has many eateries, commercial stores and antique shops. Other cultural attractions include Bottlebrush Gallery, which hosts music concerts, classes, showcases, and many other events. Golfers looking to tee off will enjoy Hartmann’s Deep Valley Golf Course.
