About Scenic Ridge

Scenic Ridge is a low-maintenance community located in Harmony, PA. Active adults will enjoy the low-maintenance lifestyle, modern amenities, and location that’s near Pittsburgh. Those looking for more time to enjoy their passions and hobbies will love that yardwork and snow removal is taken care of by the homeowners association (HOA). Spend your time swimming, jogging, or playing golf nearby while enjoying the privacy of your own quant oasis. 

Scenic Ridge Amenities

The focal point of Scenic Ridge is the clubhouse, which features a large gathering center and will be home to billiards tables and a stone fireplace. The clubhouse also features an exercise room so residents can workout just steps from their home. Outside there's an in-ground pool surrounded by a patio with lounge chairs.

Scenic Ridge Home and Real Estate

Epcon started construction on Scenic Ridge in 2016 and has now built 80 attached and single-family homes. These homes come in floor plans ranging from 1,718 to 2,930 square feet of living space. They have two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. These homes include features like gourmet kitchens, open floor plans, and private outdoor spaces. 

Scenic Ridge Lifestyle

Residents can swim or play billiards in the private clubhouse. There is also a large gathering space available for community events, card games, book clubs, or even family reunions. The community is very pedestrian friendly, so outdoor activities like walking, jogging, or picnics will be easy. Homeowners can relax knowing their HOA fee will cover snow removal, grass cutting, shrub trimming, and trash removal.

Surrounding Area

Harmony and its surrounding cities offer many great options for homeowners at Scenic Ridge. The community is located right off Perry Highway, which is where Harmony’s local businesses are located. Farther down the highway is downtown Harmony, which is host to many different restaurants offering burgers, pizza, and diner foods. There’s also a CVS, Walgreens, and Harmony Emergency Medical Services. Golfers will be delighted to know just a few minutes west of Scenic Ridge is Strawberry Ridge Golf Course.

Interstate 79 is a short drive from Scenic Ridge and just a 35-minute drive south will take residents to Pittsburgh. From there, you can enjoy Pittsburgh’s emerging culinary, art, and entertainment scene.  Residents can also take in various professional sports, including Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates games. It is also home to Pittsburgh International Airport, giving homeowners easy access to flights and destinations around the world. Scenic Ridge’s prime location in Harmony, PA makes it a great option for any active adult.
