Built between 2006 and 2014, the Grand Dominion community consists of 725 single-family homes across five luxury home series. The ranch-style homes range from 1,197 to 2,833 square feet with one to four bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages.
