About Liberty Green

Liberty Green is an active adult community in Bolingbrook, Illinois. There are 155 ranch-style single-family homes, many of which will have beautiful views of the adjoining Bolingbrook Golf Club. With the purchase of a home, residents have access to both the course and clubhouse. Liberty Green is conveniently located on the southwest side of Bolingbrook with easy access to shopping and the interstate.

Liberty Green Amenities & Lifestyle

While Liberty Green does not have an exclusive clubhouse for the community, Bolingbrook Golf Club social membership is included with the purchase of a new home. This includes access to the 76,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, golf pro shop, restaurant, and meeting rooms. The community will have direct golf-cart access near the 16th green. The Bolingbrook Golf Club includes an 18-hole championship golf course, a driving range, and a golf academy. The Liberty Green homeowners’ association will take care of the common area and exterior home maintenance in the community, leaving residents more time to enjoy social events at the clubhouse or an extra round of golf.

Liberty Green Homes & Real Estate

Pulte Homes has built 155 low-maintenance homes in Liberty Green. Homes are offered as three different floor plans, ranging from 1,683 to 2,770 square feet. They include two bedrooms, dens, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages with options to extend the garage to include golf-cart storage. All homes have been built with the quality and craftsmanship for which Pulte Homes is well-known. These homes include modern kitchens, first-floor master suites, and optional sunrooms.

Surrounding Area

Just a 20-minute drive from downtown Naperville, Liberty Green is located off Interstate 55, making getting around the region a breeze. Located in Will County, taxes are lower than in some surrounding areas. For everyday conveniences, stores like Meijer, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Home Depot are all less than a 15-minute drive from the community along Weber Road. White Eagle Golf Club, Tamarack Golf Club, and Naperbrook Golf Course, as well as many other golf courses, are all situated within half-an-hour or less by car from Liberty Green, meaning there is no shortage of new courses and places to play.

When traveling farther is called for, residents can reach Chicago Midway International Airport in only 45 minutes. For medical needs, AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center is located a 10-minute drive away. With access to many of the areas’ best golf courses as well as being close to many opportunities for dining, shopping, and entertainment, Liberty Green is a wonderful community for active adults to call home in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
