The Plantation offers new construction homes on an 18-hole golf course in the heart of Fort Myers, just a few minutes from the spring training stadium for the Boston Red Sox. Country club memberships are available to residents who want to golf and enjoy the restaurant and lounge.

While the villas in this community are only available as resale homes, buyers can choose a single-family or a carriage home in a new construction model. The carriage homes are attached in two-story buildings with six homes per cluster. They have two or three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and 1,654 to 2,464 square feet. Single-family new construction homes come in more than 30 floor plans with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages. Six models with two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages are available with views of the water or the surrounding nature preserves. Homes are between 1,659 to 2,634 square feet and on a single story. However, a second floor can be added for buyers who want an extra bedroom or a loft space.
