The Hideaway is a new construction community by Drees Homes. The attached homes will feature three single-story floor plans that range between 1,351 to 1,715 square feet. The Villas Collection homes have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

The homes also feature oversized owner’s suites with walk-in closets, covered porches, and full brick exteriors.

Optional features include fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, covered rear porches, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a second level with flex spaces, and a full additional bath.

Homebuyers will also have access to expert professional guidance in the choice of flexible architectural options and design selections that suit individual style and preferences through the Drees Home Design Center. Two models are currently available for viewing within the community. 

Surrounding Area 

The Hideaway is conveniently located near Interstate 74 and State Routes 136 and 267. This prime location will provide residents with an easy commute in and around the area as well as to daily necessities. For shopping, Kroger, Walmart Supercenter, and The Hayloft are all within five miles. Pharmacy needs can be met at Walmart, CVS, and Kroger Pharmacy close by. The Hideaway is also close to several healthcare providers, including Hendricks Regional Health Brownsburg Hospital, which is less than a ten-minute drive away.

Home to the Lucas Oil Raceway, race fans will appreciate the drag racing event every Labor Day Weekend, along with being the headquarters of many motorsports teams. A 20-minute drive will also take fans to Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home to the Indianapolis 500. For outdoor enthusiasts, the 75-acre Natural Valley Ranch offers hiking, fishing, and horseback riding opportunities in a scenic wooded area along White Lick Creek.

Brownsburg has plenty to offer for recreational and entertainment activities, as well as shopping and dining options.
