Osborne Trails is a 55+ community coming soon to Westfield, Indiana. Westfield is a growing city that is just half an hour outside of Indianapolis. Lennar Homes began construction of Osborne Trails in 2019 and plans to build 490 single-family homes upon completion. The homes come in three unique collections with a total of nine distinct floor plans to choose from. 

The Central Collection features three single-family home models that range from 1,846 to 2,015 square feet. These homes include two to four bedrooms, den spaces, and two to three bathrooms. Every home also has an attached two-car garage.

The Northern Collection offers three different models that range from 1,270 to 1,674 square feet. These single-family homes offer two bedrooms, den spaces, and two to three bathrooms. Each home also has attached two-car garages. 

The Southern Collection offers three single-family floor plans that range from 2,219 to 2,550 square feet. These homes feature two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to four bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garages.
