At Harmony Reserve, one of Vero Beach’s newest 55+ communities, homebuyers will find both new construction and resale homes. It’s an excellent option for buyers who appreciate nature; the homes are adjacent to a preserve with views of wetlands and marsh.

Builders plan to complete 299 single-family homes and 98 attached villas. The villas offer 1,219 to 1,415 square feet, two to three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Additionally, single-family homes have 1,508 to 2,756 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and outdoor space.

In the 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, there’s a fitness center, a movement studio, a banquet room, and a card room as well as a catering kitchen. Residents also enjoy an outdoor pool and patio as well as four tennis and pickleball courts. With six lakes and ponds scattered throughout the community, active adults enjoy peaceful, scenic living in Vero Beach. This hotspot has nature trails and a bit of military history as well as Sharky’s, the perfect beach restaurant with a variety of umbrella drinks and appetizers on the menu.
