The Distinctive Series will include seven unique floor plans that range from 1,670 to 2,808. The Prosperity model in the Distinctive Series model is a single-story plan with 1,670 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The Palmary floor plan will be 1,934 square feet and have between two and three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
The Mystique model offers homes just under 2,000 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages. This plan will also feature a flex room that can be used as an extra bedroom or office. The Mainstay floor plan is also just under 2,000 square feet with options of having two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
The Prestige model in the Distinctive Series is 2,080 square feet and features two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths, and two- or three-car garages. This floor plan also includes walk-in closets and laundry rooms. The Renown floor plan spans over 2,808 square feet and has three bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, and three-car garages. This model also features a gathering room and master suites with large walk-in closets.
The Echelon Series will offer five floor plans that range from 2,269 to 3,452 square feet. The Echelon Series’ Stardom plan is 2,269 square feet and has two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. This plan also features expansive kitchens and covered lanais. The Stellar model is another Echelon Series plan that features more than 2,483 square feet of living space and has three to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
The Reverence home model is a single-story plan with 2,669 square feet of living space, front porches, formal foyers, and flex space. This plan will offer between three and four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. The largest of the floor plans available in the Del Webb Sunbridge community is the Stellar Grand, which has more than 3,452 square feet of living space, four to five bedrooms and bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.
The attached homes will come in two unique models. The Kendrick floor plan is a single-story home with 1,543 square feet of living space. This model has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The Ellenwood floor plan is slightly larger with 1,579 square feet of living space and two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
