More than 20 models can be found at Cypress Lakes, ranging from 1,008 to 1,920 square feet with two to three bedrooms. All homes have two bathrooms, a carport or an attached one-car garage, and outdoor space in the form of a porch or a screened patio. Many homes also have dens and extra storage.

Activities abound in the community, with clubs and groups such as a bowling league, a singles club, and a poker group.
