Plans call for 845 attached and single-family homes in a gated setting. Between those homes, there are three home collections and 12 individual floor plans ranging from 1,488 to 3,429 square feet.
Amenities in the community will include a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, hobby rooms, a bar and grill, and an indoor lap pool. Outdoors, plans call for a resort-style pool, a spa, and courts for pickleball, bocce, and tennis.
Residents will also have access to amenities and lifestyle options in the wider Nocatee community. With an ideal location in an already popular development, Del Webb Nocatee is sure to be a hit.

Del Webb eTown was the second Jacksonville-area community announced by Del Webb in 2019. It's located in the eTown master-planned community, which poses a unique take on modern living by celebrating new technology and eco-living.
The community will offer smart homes equipped with the latest home technologies, including voice-controlled appliances and climate control. The single-family homes come in 14 floor plans ranging from 1,343 to 3,361 square feet.
Planned community amenities include an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center and a resort-style pool. There will also be a walking trail, tennis and pickleball courts, and a pavilion with a fire pit. eTown amenities include a large town center that's planned to be completed in the summer of 2020.

Del Webb Bexley has garnered plenty of buzz as the first Del Webb community announced in the Tampa area in several decades. Now open for residents, the community is getting rave reviews. The 850 single-family homes come in three home collections and 18 individual floor plans ranging from 1,372 to 3,950 square feet.
Some amenities in the community are open, including the 17,000-square-foot clubhouse. Inside, there's a state-of-the-art fitness center, an aerobics studio, and hobby rooms. There's also an outdoor, resort-style pool. Homeowners also have easy access to nearby Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Originally built by Lennar Homes, Del Webb took over the construction of Cypress Falls at The Woodlands in 2012 after it was halted several years before, so most of the homes in this 55+ community are Del Webb made.
