The community itself has 1,904 resale homes. These properties were built between 1997 and 2007, offering 11 floor plans ranging from 1,522 to 2,256 square feet. Renaissance at Manchester offers residents a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, a sauna, an indoor pool, a library, a computer lab, and a ballroom. The community clubhouse has meeting rooms, an outdoor pool, and a patio. Residents can also enjoy two lakes, shuffleboard courts, and a miniature golf course on the community grounds.
A well-established community in Toms River, Holiday at Silverton has 1,595 attached and single-family homes built between 1967 and 1975. Single-family homes range from 900 to 1,100 square feet and offer one or two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a carport or attached one-car garage. The attached homes are around 1,000 square feet and have one bedroom, one bathroom, and a driveway.
