This community was developed in two phases and established two separate homeowners' associations (HOA), known as Holiday City Association (Phase 1) and Holiday City Organization (Phase 2).

If you are in Phase 1 you can not use the pool (I was told when I bought I could not so I don’t care but others were able to until something happened … they do not do snow removal or lawn care and nothing around the bubble ( as they call the cul de sac ) The HOA does not take debit cards so had to get checking account and they are not open late for us seniors that are night owls. If the electricity goes out at night, they are not open for us until morning that are staring into darkness *
Lovely, quiet area with good neighbors. Homes could use some updates. HOA doesn’t include lawn care or snow removal as it states on this website.
I’m moved to Holiday City Silverton 3 years ago & absolutely Love It !! Price of home & property taxes are very affordable… The best “ hidden gem “ at the Jersey Shore !!
I relocated here from NY. I love it here. People are down to earth and theres a real community here. The homes are nice little ranches and many are very nice and updated. Theres a renaissance happening here and it’s quite honestly the best deal in real estate.
Homes are poorly made . They are out dated
They do not keep the area well
