Villages of Seloy

Low $300s – High $300s

A mix of resale and new construction homes are available at Villages of Seloy, a gated 55+ community comprised of 240 luxury attached homes. These properties are constructed as duplexes and quads.

There are four models with between 1,875 and 2,461 square feet. Two large bedrooms are included, and in the Castillo model, there’s a den and an option for a third bedroom. Homes have two bathrooms and attached two-car garages. Many floor plans come with sunrooms and patio or porch space.

The clubhouse at Villages of Seloy hosts community parties and social events. There’s also a fitness center, a card room, a catering room, a media room, a library, and space for billiards. Computers can be found inside the business center, and outside, residents have a large pool and patio to enjoy. Just a few miles from the coast, this community also gives residents easy access to beaches like Anastasia State Park and its picturesque sand dunes.

Parkland Preserve

Buyers planning a Florida retirement in the near future may want to consider the new construction homes at Parkland Preserve, a 55+ community that’s under construction just off Interstate 95. Condos are planned as well as single-family homes in five models with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Most homes will have a den, and they’ll be available in sizes ranging from 1,585 to 2,033 square feet.

The community plans a complete amenity center by the time construction is complete. This will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, multipurpose and meeting rooms, and a demonstration kitchen. Residents can imagine using that space to hold club meetings, social events, and holiday parties. Outside, the community will have a pool and a patio, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Parkland Preserve is designed with several walking paths and biking trails. There will also be parks and natural spaces surrounding the lakes and protected wetlands covering more than 10 acres.

Freedom at San Salito

Low $300s – Low $400s

Only 96 single-family homes will be available as new construction in the 55+ community of Freedom at San Salito. Buyers who want a small-town feel and an opportunity to really connect with neighbors will love the intimate feel and high quality of living available here. The amenity center is coming soon and will include a fitness center, a pool, a patio, and cabanas. An outdoor fireplace is also planned as well as bocce ball courts and a dog park. Since it’s part of the larger San Salito master-planned community, residents can also enjoy the tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, and pools available at the main clubhouse.

Four new construction models are available in floor plans ranging from 1,585 to 1,986 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Jacksonville is only 40 minutes from this community, and residents can find golfing, beaches, and shopping only 20 to 30 minutes from home.

Bridge Bay at Bannon Lakes

Bridge Bay at Bannon Lakes is an intimate 55+ community within the Bannon Lakes master-planned development. Pulte Homes has been constructing this neighborhood of 157 single-family and attached homes since 2017. Buyers can choose a new attached home in the Cressida model, which has 1,547 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a third room that can be used as a den, office, or extra bedroom. Single-family homes come in three models and have three to five bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. Floor plans offer 1,671 to 1,968 square feet.

Residents are free to access the amenities in the Bannon Lakes community, and active adults in the Bridge Bay neighborhood also have their own clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, and patio. There are also tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a half court for basketball. A kayak launch is available as well as dog parks and an event lawn.
