There are four models with between 1,875 and 2,461 square feet. Two large bedrooms are included, and in the Castillo model, there’s a den and an option for a third bedroom. Homes have two bathrooms and attached two-car garages. Many floor plans come with sunrooms and patio or porch space.

Bridge Bay at Bannon Lakes is an intimate 55+ community within the Bannon Lakes master-planned development. Pulte Homes has been constructing this neighborhood of 157 single-family and attached homes since 2017. Buyers can choose a new attached home in the Cressida model, which has 1,547 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a third room that can be used as a den, office, or extra bedroom.
