PGA Village Verano – Port St. Lucie, FL

PGA Village Verano is a country club-style active adult community with no age restrictions in Port St. Lucie. The community is a ten-minute drive from Downtown Port St. Lucie and only a two-minute drive from Interstate 95 (I-95). Founded in 2008, it has new construction homes as well as resale homes.

This community is very much a place for golf enthusiasts. The PGA Golf Club has three championship courses with 54 holes of first-class golf as well as a short course. Additionally, there’s the PGA Center for Golf Learning, the PGA Historical Center Museum, and a 35-acre practice facility.

Other amenities include a 19,000-square-foot clubhouse, a 13,000-square-foot fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, four tennis courts, two bocce courts, as well as a basketball court.

When the community is complete, there will be 1,800 attached and single-family homes. The smallest homes start at 1,416 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Meanwhile, the largest models offer 3,080 square feet, three bedrooms plus a den, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Grand Harbor – Vero Beach, FL

Our next stop on our search for Treasure Coast Florida homes for sale is Grand Harbor. This gated community with no age restrictions in Vero Beach overlooks the Indian River. Vero Beach—a city of about 16,000 people—has been named one of the best small beach towns in Florida.

Amenities include a 32,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center, various dining options, and a marina. Also, for an additional fee, residents can join the Grand Harbor Golf and Beach Club. This gives them additional access to an outdoor pool, two golf courses, tennis and bocce courts, and more dining options.

There are currently 1,174 attached, single-family, and condo homes in this community. There are also new construction homes for sale right along the waters of the Treasure Coast. The condos range from 780 to 3,852 square feet, providing one to four bedrooms and bathrooms. Some also have carports. The attached homes range from 1,581 to 2,026 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Additionally, the single-family homes come in a variety of models. They typically range between 1,601 and 3,775 square feet and offer two to five bedrooms, two to six bathrooms, and attached two- to three-car garages. Some single-family homes have den spaces and half bathrooms. Also, new construction homes in this Treasure Coast community can be customized.

Valencia Walk at Riverland – Port St. Lucie, FL

Valencia Walk at Riverland is a twenty-minute drive from Downtown Port St. Lucie and ten minutes from I-95. It’s a gated 55+ active adult community with 720 single-family homes and only new homes for sale.

The social life in this community centers on the 37,000-square-foot clubhouse. It provides multipurpose rooms, a catering kitchen, a cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, and several card rooms. Outside, there’s also a pool, a whirlpool spa, and acres of walking and biking paths. Additionally, residents have access to the amenities at other nearby Riverland communities.

There will be 720 single-family homes across five collections in this community. Home sizes range from 1,348 to 3,436 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage.

Esplanade at Tradition – Port St. Lucie, FL

Also in Port St. Lucie, Esplanade at Tradition is a gated 55+ community with new homes only. Begun in 2021, there will be 650 single-family homes upon completion.

Amenities include a clubhouse; a fitness center; an aerobics and dance studio; a catering kitchen; an outdoor pool; courts for tennis, bocce, and pickleball; as well as hiking and biking trails. Located within the master-planned Tradition community, residents also have easy access to 300 acres of parks, lakes, and nature preserves.

The single-family homes will range from 1,610 to 2,929 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages. Some homes will also have an additional flex room or den, and gourmet kitchens with central islands.

LakePark at Tradition – Port St. Lucie, FL

High $200ks – High $400ks

Another option if you’re seeking Treasure Coast Florida homes for sale, LakePark at Tradition is a gated community for the 55+ active adult. There will be 644 attached and single-family homes when completed. Also, this community is seven miles west of Downtown Port St. Lucie.

Amenities at LakePark will include a clubhouse, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, a dog park, walking trails, and scenic lakes. Residents also have full access to the clubhouse at TownPark at Tradition. Located next to LakePark at Tradition, TownPark offers a fitness center, an aerobics and dance studio, a multipurpose room, and a billiards parlor. The outdoor amenities at TownPark include a resort-style pool, two lighted tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, two horseshoe pits, and a lighted basketball court.

Homes range from 1,565 to 2,350 square feet. Most have two or three bedrooms, and some have an extra den. They also have two or two-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached two-car garage, with some offering extra space for a golf cart.

Del Webb Tradition – Port St. Lucie, FL

The 205-acre Del Webb Tradition community is a gated community made up of 550 attached and single-family homes. This community also provides easy access to the shopping and dining of Downtown Port St. Lucie.

Amenities will include a clubhouse, a fitness center, an aerobics and dance studio, and a multipurpose room. Outdoor amenities include a pool, a dog park, scenic ponds, outdoor spaces for hiking and biking, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and bocce.

The attached villas in this community will offer 1,579 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The single-family homes will range from 1,671 to 2,589 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

Meadowood – Fort Pierce, FL

Also known as Sunrise City, Fort Pierce is home to almost 50,000 people. And Meadowood is a twenty-minute drive from downtown and the waterfront. It’s also less than a ten-minute drive from I-95. This gated community has no age restrictions, and it’s made up of 472 condos, attached, and single-family homes.

Residents have the option of joining the Meadowood Golf and Tennis Club. The different levels of membership offer the chance to enjoy the clubhouse, fitness center, social and dining rooms, locker room facilities, and golf pro shop. Non-members still have access to the parks, open spaces, and hiking and biking trails at Meadowood.

The 472 homes offer a huge variety of models to choose from. Condos range from about 1,400 to 2,400 square feet. They typically have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and assigned parking spaces. Also, the single-family and attached homes range from 1,832 to 3,801 square feet. They offer two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and either two- or two-and-a-half-car garages.

Telaro at Tradition – Port St. Lucie, FL

Telaro at Tradition is another community within the larger Tradition group in Port St. Lucie. Telaro is a gated community with 440 single-family and attached homes. Construction began in 2021, and it’s a twenty-minute drive from Downtown Port St. Lucie.

Amenities will include a clubhouse with a fitness center, card rooms, and multipurpose gathering spaces. Outside, there’s also a pool with a poolside cafe and market as well as sports courts. Additionally, the community offers electric bike-sharing for residents to enjoy.

Residents will also have access to the amenities found throughout the Tradition master-planned community. This includes its own Town Center, a social hub with shops, restaurants, a farmers’ market, medical centers, and an amphitheater with regular performances and events. A Town Hall also features a full social calendar of workshops and classes.

Harmony Reserve – Vero Beach, FL

Amenities in this community include a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center, an aerobics and dance studio, and a ballroom. Outside, there’s also a pool; courts for pickleball, tennis, and bocce; and scenic lakes and ponds.

There are several home models for interested homebuyers to choose from. Ranging from 1,219 to 2,756 square feet, these homes have two to four bedrooms, with the largest models also having a den. Additionally, these homes offer two to three bathrooms and a one- to two-car garage.

Veranda Gardens – Port St. Lucie, FL

Veranda Gardens is a gated community with no age restrictions. Located a ten-minute drive south of Downtown Port St. Lucie, this community has 358 single-family homes.

Indoor amenities will center on the clubhouse which will include a fitness center, a community room, and a catering kitchen. Outdoors, there’s a pool, a barefoot bar, a barbecue grill and fire pit, tennis and bocce courts, and scenic lakes and ponds as well as walking paths

Homes range from 1,433 to 2,589 square feet with two-to-four bedrooms, two-to-four bathrooms, and two-to-three-car garages. Homes can also be customized by adding an extra floor for additional bedrooms/bathrooms.

Cresswind at PGA Village Verano – Port St. Lucie, FL

Cresswind at PGA Village Verano is a gated community that’s part of the larger PGA Village Verano group of communities. Construction began in 2018 and is ongoing. The community will comprise 249 single-family homes, and it’s located a twenty-minute drive from Downtown Port St. Lucie.

Residents can have access to the amenities of the main PGA Village Verano complex, which are very much aimed at the keen golfer. These include three championship courses, the PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance, a 35-acre practice facility, and the PGA Historical Center Museum.

Other amenities include a 27,000-square-foot clubhouse with a ballroom, a library, and an arts and crafts studio. Additionally, there’s a fitness center, a yoga studio, indoor and outdoor pools, and a pickleball complex that will have 26 courts.

Floor plans in this community range from 1,571 to 2,576 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. There’s also the option to add a second floor with bonus rooms.

Veranda Preserve – Port St. Lucie, FL

Copperleaf – Palm City, FL
