Treasure Coast Communities Offering New Construction

Looking to retire on Florida\'s Treasure Coast? Check out these communities offering new construction homes.

Along Florida’s southeast shores, the Treasure Coast includes cities like Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach. It’s a great place to plan a Florida retirement because it’s less popular with tourists than other coastal areas, and the beaches and parks are more tranquil. There’s still plenty of entertainment and recreation, however, and active adults find it a fun and affordable place to live.

Because the area is growing in popularity and opportunity, there’s a lot of new development. If new construction is the type of Treasure Coast real estate you’re looking for, check out the new homes coming soon at these exciting active adult communities.
