Arietta is a gated 55+ community of rental homes in Sarasota, Florida. Arietta Apartment Homes

Arietta was constructed in 2015, and the mid-rise apartment building includes four floors, elevators, and restricted entry. There are a total of 108 apartment homes in the community. Homes range from 940 to 1,492 square feet and offer one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Parking is available throughout the community in an outdoor lot.

Features in the apartment homes include custom wood cabinets, granite counters, black appliances, and a built-in pantry. Screened lanais and balconies are available with each home, and there is an option for additional storage. A full-size washer and dryer are included, and the spacious bathrooms have walk-in showers with a spa bench.

One-bedroom, one-bathroom floor plans offer 940 or 1,161 square feet. There is a lot of natural light, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom, and the larger models include flex space that can be used as a den or home office. 

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom models have 1,492 square feet. The large, open floor plan includes a kitchen bar with space for seating, a dedicated dining area, and an oversized patio or balcony.

Members of the community enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to an on-site property management company that takes care of all maintenance needs inside the apartment homes and throughout the community. Landscaping is managed, gate security is provided, and amenities are well-maintained by the management company. With more free time, residents at Arietta can enjoy spending time with family or pursuing new hobbies. They can also take advantage of the variety of activities offered close to home, such as fitness classes, card games, and cooking workshops.
