Optional possible upgrades include garage window inserts, sunrooms, extended decks and patios, three-car garages, luxury master bathroom layout, butler’s pantries, additional bedrooms, lofts, mudrooms, and finished basements.

Surrounding Area 

Indian Ridge is conveniently located off Interstate 79 with easy access to SouthPointe, downtown Pittsburgh, and a variety of retail, dining, and entertainment. Residents will also have quick access to daily amenities within minutes of home.

For shopping, Aldi and Giant Eagle Supermarket are located within several miles. Pharmacy needs can be met at Rite Aid, Walgreens, and CVS are a short drive. Indian Ridge is also close to quality health care providers such as Canonsburg General Hospital, which is located less than five miles from the community.

Lindenwood Golf Club is a 27-hole picturesque public championship course favored for quality greens, lush sculpted fairways, a driving range, a three-hole executive course, driving range, chipping green, sand bunker, practice putting greens, and a well-equipped pro shop. Southpointe Golf Club, another local favorite, is a privately owned 18-hole championship golf that features 6,856 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. 

Residents will also find plenty of nearby outdoor ventures to remain physically active and take in the scenic surroundings. Peters Lake Park offers kayaking, fishing, and trails for hiking and viewing wildlife. Canonsburg Town Park is a revered local attraction, rich with history, and revered for amenities like an impressive pool with diving boards, walking paths, skate park, basketball court, softball fields, playgrounds, and pavilions. The park is also the location of free outdoor summer concerts and multiple other events like an annual Easter Egg Hunt and a 4th of July celebration.
