We bought our unit in October and couldn’t be happier. We have friends that fell in love with our village as well and are buying here too. Great place to retire!
A very Bias community
10 year ago three was a jewel of the Crestwood Villages. Now the place is a dump. Except the land of the haves. The Village is in two sections haves and have nots. Half trustees live either across the the street or next door in the land of haves.
The homes have documented crawl space issues which the Trusrees won’t share with certificate holders or address. Run and listen to your Realtor.
Look up at the roofs and their patches. Be prepared for the leaks and you to pay to fix your ceilings insurance won’t cover due to their negligence.
Let not forget the up front fee for a background check to see if the want to let you into their Village. When their a problem that their responsibility. You will get a song and a dance complete with a band.
I am looking to buy into one of the crest woods. I have been to some of the clubhouses seeking information on listings. The people of this community (CRESTWOOD III) should be VERY proud of the staff who run their office. They were friendly and kind and answered all my question about the listing I was interested in. They gave me a tour of the club house . They told me of the plan to keep their community updated and maintained. Their recorded keeping was spot on. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience!
