Construction began in 2005 with plans to have 708 new construction and resale single-family homes in five distinct collections that offer a variety of floor plans. Most homes have vaulted ceilings, formal foyers, and entry spaces as well as spare rooms that can be used as a study or a den. The demonstration kitchen will be a great place for communal meals, and the art studio will offer classes and group projects. There are lots of trails around the property for walking, biking, and jogging, and residents can also enjoy the pool and patio as well as the tennis and pickleball courts.

Indigo
