Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch

Mid $300s – Mid $1Ms

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch is a master-planned community with new construction homes for sale in a dozen floor plans and models. Taylor Morrison began construction in 2020 and plans to build 1,400 single-family and attached homes ranging from 1,533 to 3,502 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to five bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage.

Residents at Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch will have access to a clubhouse with a restaurant, a fitness center, and a multipurpose room. The amenities will continue outdoors with a large pool, a patio bar, an 18-hole golf course, and pickleball and tennis courts. Also, this community’s location allows easy access to cities like Sarasota and Bradenton.

Del Webb Lakewood Ranch

Low $300s – Mid $600s

Buyers who care about environmental impact will be proud to live at Del Webb Lakewood Ranch, the largest green-certified community in the nation. This 55+ neighborhood consists of 1,300 single-family and attached homes available as resale or new construction properties. Villas are offered in two models with 1,542 to 1,579 square feet, two or three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The single-family homes have 1,289 to 2,634 square feet, two to five bedrooms, and two or three bathrooms. They also have attached garages for two or three cars. These homes are offered in 10 models and floor plans.

Del Webb Lakewood Ranch takes amenities seriously. There’s a clubhouse, a fitness center with a movement studio, activity rooms, an arts and crafts room, and a cafe with free WiFi. Residents enjoy the library and the catering kitchen and can spend as much time as they want outdoors, where there’s a pool and patio as well as a barefoot bar and a fire pit. For a bit of exercise and recreation, there are opportunities on the polo fields as well as on the tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts.

This community has a kayak and canoe launch as well as an 18-hole golf course and a pro shop. There are polo fields, pickleball courts, an outdoor resort-style pool, and a resistance pool. Residents can use the clubhouse, fitness center, library, and catering kitchen. Buyers looking for a pet-friendly community will love the gated bark park.

Homes for sale are available as resale or new construction single-family properties. The Club Series are detached villas and have two models with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There are also dens and open floor plans ranging from 1,686 to 1,926 square feet.

Cresswind Lakewood Ranch

Low $300s – High $500s

Cresswind Lakewood Ranch just broke ground last year, but it’s a 55+ community that’s generating a lot of interest among buyers looking for Lakewood Ranch homes for sale. New homes are available in a number of models with between two and four bedrooms. Most properties are available as single-story homes, but it’s possible to add a bonus room on the second floor.

The planned amenities are pretty impressive. There will be a recreational center covering more than five acres and a clubhouse with a fitness center, a yoga studio, a billiards room, and a ballroom. The demonstration kitchen will be a great place for communal meals, and the art studio will offer classes and group projects. There are lots of trails around the property for walking, biking, and jogging, and residents can also enjoy the pool and patio as well as the tennis and pickleball courts.

Indigo

Mid $300s – Mid $600s

Indigo is one of Lakewood Ranch’s more intimate communities, with only 453 new and resale homes covering 151 acres of land. Villas are available in two floor plans with 1,632 to 1,842 square feet, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There’s a great room and a lanai, and most kitchens come with an island for cooking and prep work. The single-family homes span 15 floor plans with between two and four bedrooms and at least 1,509 square feet. Some models are almost 3,000 square feet. Homes in Indigo have upgraded finishes and design features as well as large master suites.

Holiday parties, community events, and polo matches are frequently held at Indigo. Amenities include a clubhouse and a fitness center with a movement studio. There’s a multipurpose room and a catering kitchen as well as a selection of cabanas near the pool and patio. Pickleball courts and bocce ball courts are also available as well as several well-landscaped trails. Indigo is not age-restricted, making this an ideal community for active adults who may be moving with their grown children or grandchildren.
