Construction of Sandhill Preserve on Palmer Ranch began in 2013 by DiVosta. The community will consist of 305 single-family homes upon completion. Homebuyers can select from seven single-family floor plans ranging from 1,659 to 2,634 square feet of living space. They have two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and an attached two to three-car garage.

All models offer great single-floor living and buyers can customize their home with optional second floors that have additional bedrooms, bathrooms, or loft spaces. These floor plans were designed with active adults in mind providing open floor plans and private master suites. Additional features include eat-in kitchens and covered lanais perfect for entertaining guests.
