The condos offer 1,135 to 1,853 square feet, one or two bedrooms, and one to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Additionally, many homes feature open-concept layouts, kitchens with central islands, and master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. Other features include heated underground parking, elevators, private balconies, and ample storage.

Within the community, residents can enjoy amenities such as a community room, an exercise room, and a catering kitchen. The desirable location also puts residents within a quarter-mile of parks and walking trails such as Fox River Trail and Panton Mill Park.

River Run Club – Oswego, IL

River Run Club features a clubhouse with a fireplace lounge, a library, a catering kitchen, and a multipurpose gathering space ideal for activities, clubs, and classes. Outside, there’s also a heated pool, a patio, walking and biking trails, and scenic ponds.
