Four Seasons at BeaumontBeaumont, CA

Active adults looking for new construction homes and resort-style amenities will want to check out the newly built Four Seasons at Beaumont. This 55+ community is perched up high at an elevation of 2,400 feet, offering gorgeous views and fun amenities like two pickleball courts as well as basketball, tennis, and bocce ball courts. Other amenities include two recreation centers, multiple hobby and craft studios, a grand ballroom, card room, theater, library, private restaurant, large outdoor sports complex, fitness center, spa, and a computer center as well as numerous community clubs.

Homeowners can also keep fit and active indoors, utilizing the 25,000-square-foot Polo Club with a fitness center and yoga studio. Residents of all ages enjoy the charming on-site pond, paved walking trails, and an on-site restaurant as well.

Built between 2003 and 2011, Four Seasons at Hemet includes 1,106 single-family homes with views of the surrounding San Jacinto Mountains. Resale single-family homes range from 1,444 to 2,800 square feet with two-car garages and 12 floor plans to choose from.
