This gated 55+ community has tennis, volleyball, and shuffleboard courts; two outdoor pools and spas; and 27 holes of golf. There’s a fitness center, a restaurant, a computer room, and a library. The community center has another pool as well as multi-purpose rooms and an arts and crafts room in the clubhouse. Residents participate in clubs and activities, including water aerobics, karaoke, and a club for first responders.
Over 25 models are available, offering a great selection of single-family homes. Plus, it’s fun to say you live in Wimauma (pronounced ‘why, mama’). The city is just south of Tampa, and it's a great place to enjoy activities like fishing, biking, hiking, and wildlife watching.
