The Dover model has 1,883 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owner’s suite has two vanities and a spacious walk-in closet. A smart home package is also available. The Azalea is 1,902 square feet, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are open concept floor plans and 10-foot ceilings. An upstairs family room can be added as well.
