    As part of the Great Lakes Plains region, the terrain surrounding Bloomingdale is mostly flat, with a mix of suburban, residential neighborhoods and nature preserves. The village has several small lakes and ponds interspersed throughout.

    Some of the top attractions in Bloomingdale include Wolfden Brewing, the Oasis Water Park, Spring Creek Reservoir Forest Preserve, Bloomingdale Park District Museum, Stratford Square Mall, Picture Show, Bloomingdale Golf Club, Anyway’s American Grill & Pub, and the Urban Air Adventure Park. 

    Residents can also reach the city of Chicago in under an hour, providing convenient access to even more shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Public transit between Bloomingdale and Chicago is also available, making the trip even easier.
