Riverbend is an age-restricted active adult community in Genoa, IL slated to begin construction in the spring of 2019. The neighborhood’s builder, Grainger, has plans to build a total of 92 ranch-style townhomes. The development will be conveniently located to downtown Genoa, giving its residents easy access to local shopping destinations, restaurants, cafes, and more. It’s also just a little over an hour away from Chicago and all the city has to offer with countless entertainment options and cultural amenities.
