Lennar is building Keller Farm as a master-planned community with three collections, each serving a different buyer.

The Andare Series offers single-story ranch homes ranging from 1,550 to 1,955 square feet with 2–3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Floor plans include the Napa, Rutherford, Siena and Sonoma, with an optional sunroom available on select plans. All homes in this series are designed with single-level living in mind, which means no stairs and an open layout that connects kitchen, dining and living areas.

The Medallion Series offers two-story single-family homes ranging from 2,063 to 3,243 square feet with 3–4 bedrooms, 2–3 full bathrooms and a half bath. Floor plans include the Meadowlark, Biscayne, Bryce, Adams, Rainier, Santa Rosa and Sequoia, with optional features such as a three-car garage and additional bedrooms and bathrooms on select plans.

The Townhome Series offers multi-family homes ranging from 1,764 to 2,221 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Plans include the Amherst, Chatham and Chelsea.

All homes at Keller Farm are built with Lennar's Everything's Included approach, which bundles popular features into the base price.
