After driving through the gated entrance, residents are greeted with a magnificent 18,000 square-foot clubhouse filled with many great amenities. The clubhouse includes an indoor lap pool and spa as well as an outdoor pool. Inside the clubhouse are an exercise facility, aerobics room, ballroom, billiards, library, computer lab and hobby and craft studios.

Outside are tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and horseshoe pits. There are several scenic walking and biking trails that wind through this active adult community. Plenty of open space, parks and shimmering lakes further add to the tranquil ambiance. A second outdoor pool is reserved for homeowners and their guests, including grandchildren who are visiting. A 3-hole, par-3 golf course provides the perfect opportunity to get out and work on your short game.

Carillon Club Homes & Real Estate

This 55+ community offers many great housing choices for homebuyers. In all, there are 23 different floor plans to choose from that include condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. Many of the plans include desirable upgrades and spacious floor plans.

For homebuyers who prefer detached homes, there are 11 single-family floor plans that range from 1,475 to 2,575 square feet. Single-family homes are available in the both the more affordable Resort Series or the larger and more highly upgraded Gallery Series.

There are two series of townhomes including the ranch-style Champion Series, which has three floor plans that range from 1,370 to 1,707 square feet. These one and two bedroom plans are arranged in 6-plex configurations and all include two baths and a two-car garage. The Holiday Series townhomes offer four floor plans that range from 1,549 to 2,608 square feet. All Holiday Series townhomes include two-car rear load garages. Two of the floor plans are one-story with two bedrooms and the largest two plans offer a second floor with a loft and third bedroom.

Buyers who want the ultimate in maintenance-free living at the lowest price should check out the 4-story Alpine Series Condos. The condominiums feature underground parking and elevators. There are five models in the Alpine Series that range from 960 to 1,370 square feet and include one or two bedrooms and bathrooms. Each unit includes an underground parking space and a balcony.

Closer to home on Route 59 are many everyday conveniences like a grocery store, movie theater, banks, and restaurants. In addition, a proposed Metra train station is planned near the community, which will offer quick and easy trips into Chicago. We love living in Carillon Club because of the clubhouse amenities and the residents. We have lived in Naperville nearly our entire lives, so when it came time to downsize we looked for a community with great ranch floor plans that offered organized activities and friendly neighbors.
Most of the 55+ communities are pretty far south or west or north, so we were really happy when they starting building Carillon Club in Naperville in 2006. The construction quality is incredible. They use 2x6 exterior walls which is not common for communities like this. The floorplans are open, spacious, and great designs. We love working out at the clubhouse and we go to happy hour almost every Friday. The community events are fantastic and the residents make Carillon Club the favorite place we have ever lived.


We've lived in Naperville for years and it's the only place we want to be (in Illinois that is)! Naperville is a wonderful town with countless amenities, good resale values, great schools and is always a sought after location. Carillon Club offers all the amenities you would expect in a 55+ community and has plenty of activities to keep us busy. We both work part time but still take every opportunity we can to use the clubhouse just enjoy chatting with the neighbors and socializing.


Very nice new homes in Naperville. The clubhouse is active and the par-3 course is a lot of fun.


The people are nice. They do keep up the community appearance. Taxes are very high. The HOA is not very responsive. The Fitness room is small and outdated.
