Sixteen different floor plans are available. In the one-bedroom, one-bathroom models, there are the Potomac and the National, each with 512 square feet. The Washington has 520 square feet, and the Harbor has 593 square feet. The Barrett has 619 square feet, and the Alexandria has 688 square feet. The Arlington has 715 square feet, and the Fairfax is the largest one-bedroom model at 805 square feet. All of these homes have open kitchen and dining areas that lead to the living room, and some floor plans, like the Alexandria and the Fairfax, have walk-in closets. 

Two-bedroom, one-bathroom models include the Mason, with 792 square feet, and the Rosemont, with 859 square feet. The Alate has 880 square feet. 

That leaves five two-bedroom, two-bathroom models. The Del Ray has 931 square feet, the Carlyle, 983 square feet. The Landmark offers 984 square feet, and the Old Town has 985 square feet. The North Ridge has 1,075 square feet.
