The Atrium at MetroWest will be located in Fairfax, Virginia, just 10 miles west of Arlington and 16 miles west of the heart of Washington, D.C. Living in this area will put residents in easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities.

Just outside of the community, residents will be able to walk down the street to the 32,000-square-foot Providence Community Center, operated by the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services. A pedestrian pathway will connect the community to the Metro station and several surrounding bus stops. With reduced fares for 65+ adults and discounted passes for regular riders, the Metro offers an easy way to visit Washington, D.C. or any stop along the extensive Metro lines.

This community will be about a 15-minute drive to Arlington and a 30-minute drive to downtown Washington, D.C., providing easy access to everything the cities have to offer. For longer trips, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is just 20 minutes away.
