Seven Desert Mountain is the newest development in the Desert Mountain master-planned community of Scottsdale, Arizona. With floor plans from three acclaimed developers, homebuyers have their option of custom single-family and condo homes. Cullom Homes offers homebuyers five single-family floor plans that range from 3,304 to 4,228 square feet. These homes have two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as attached two- or three-car garages. Owners have the option to add a second story, basement, or a casita. Additional upgrades available include a showroom, car elevator, theater, and a wet bar.

The single-family homes by Camelot Homes come in seven models ranging from 2,705 to 4,902 square feet. These homes have two to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- to four-car garages. Some homes may feature high ceilings, panoramic views, and a second story. An elevator can also be added.

Family Development condominiums are divided into five-unit buildings, with upper-level units including a private elevator. These condo homes by Family Development come in five floor plans that range from 2,414 to 2,716 square feet. These homes have two to three bedrooms, den spaces, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Most homes have attached two-car garages. Units include a gourmet kitchen and a patio integrated into the great room for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Homebuyers can also add a den or media room. 

Seven Desert Mountains Lifestyle

Members of the community enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to an HOA that takes care of security, maintenance, landscaping, and light handyman services. Certain services are also covered by Desert Mountain Club, Inc. In addition to its own hiking trails, Seven Desert Mountain is close to multiple parks and greenspaces, including Pinnacle Peak Park, Cave Creek Regional Park, Desert Botanical Garden, Carefree Desert Gardens, and Hole in the Rock, a unique geological cluster. 

Those who would like to visit nearby metropolitan areas are in luck. Seven Desert Mountain is 35 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and 45 minutes from Phoenix, giving quick access to all both cities have to offer. For longer trips, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 40 minutes away.
