About Solterra

Solterra is a 55+ community located in Green Valley, Arizona. Dorn Homes and Fairfield Homes have joined forces to provide approximately 250 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,412 to 2,357 square feet, ideal for today s active adult homebuyer.

As a homeowner in Solterra, you are provided with a membership to Green Valley Recreation s (GVR) network of amenities. Solterra s Green Valley location provides residents the opportunity to lead a socially and physically active lifestyle with over 60 clubs and interest groups.

Solterra Amenities

With a small membership fee, Green Valley Recreation provides limitless access to 13 recreation centers that include amazing amenities such as state-of-the-art fitness centers with aerobics studios, swimming pools and spas. There are also numerous tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, volleyball, and racquetball courts.

There are a variety of hobbies that the residents of Solterra have an opportunity to partake in with the many arts and crafts, lapidary, woodworking, or photography studios found throughout Green Valley Recreation Centers. This active adult playground boasts computer labs and 24 meeting rooms that are often used as a central location for fun clubs and classes.

Solterra homeowners take full advantage of the outdoor amenities provided by Green Valley with miles of walking and biking trails and scenic picnic areas.

Solterra Homes & Real Estate

Solterra opened in Green Valley in 2012 and upon completion Dorn Homes and Fairfield Homes will have about 250 homes designed for active adults. Solterra is located in the heart of Green Valley, Arizona. Green Valley is Southern Arizona s premier active lifestyle city near Tucson. The town s mixture of recreation centers, golf courses, social activities, and active adult neighborhoods offers a lifestyle superior to any other active adult area in Arizona.
