We built a new home with fab views, love Prescott more and more every season. We're from SoCal and relocated here 2 years ago in July. Love the mild winters, and perfect weather Summers. 1.5 hrs from Phoenix and Airport, 1.5 Hrs to Sedona. City plans lots of Town Square concerts and farmers markets all Summer long. Prescott is the official Christmas City and goes all out.

The facilities here are amazing and the homes are well built. Had a chance to tour their clubhouse and it is very tempting to move!

I've lived in the Prescott area for years and wanted to move out of my large family home but still be close to my friends. We moved to Prescott Lakes recently and just love it. We're in the Cottages portion of the community and our home is really unique with high ceilings and a nice layout. It's really working out great and we get lots of compliments on our new place! I have not had time to join any clubs yet but we've gotten a lot of use out of the gym and the golf course. The facilities seem nicely maintained and of high-quality. So far so good!
