Symmetry and Harvard Investments began construction of Talking Rock in 2002. Single-family homes range from 1,960 to 2,879 square feet and are available in three models. They have between two and four bedrooms and between two and three bathrooms. Attached garages hold between two and four cars. 

The Ranch Cottage model has four floor plans in two or three-bedroom homes. They are between 1,960 and 2,555 square feet and two-car garages with the option to make space for a third car. Kitchens include decorative brick wall accents and quartz counters.

The Outlaw Collection has eight floor plans ranging from 2,378 to 2,879 square feet. Properties have two or three bedrooms and attached three or four-car garages. Large lots are available with customized home design finishes. Buyers can add a bunkhouse and extend their patio space. 

The Dorn Homes Collection is available in four models that come in two, three, or four-bedroom floor plans. Home sizes are between 2,190 and 2,665 square feet, and there are three garage bays. Open living spaces, large courtyards, and master suites are all standard, and buyers can customize their finishes.
