Century Village at Boca Raton is an affordable and gated 55+ community with 7,500 resale condos, a putting green, shuffleboard courts, tennis, and a 125,000-square-foot clubhouse. There’s a fitness center, a party room, and a library. This community has a main resort-style pool and 13 satellite pools. There’s also community transit available for anyone who doesn’t feel like fighting traffic or finding a parking space.
