Boca Flores

Mid $400s – Mid $600s

The best new construction homes in Boca Raton can be found in Boca Flores, a 55+ community being developed by Pulte Homes. Buyers can choose between attached villas or condo units ranging from 1,542 to 2,530 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

Amenities at Boca Flores will include a clubhouse with a multipurpose room, an outdoor pool, cabanas, bocce ball courts, parks, and walking trails. Residents at Boca Flores will also have access to the Boca Lago Country Club. Social memberships will include privileges at the clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, and 27-hole golf course.

Century Village at Boca Raton

Century Village at Boca Raton is an affordable and gated 55+ community with 7,500 resale condos, a putting green, shuffleboard courts, tennis, and a 125,000-square-foot clubhouse. Residents can also enjoy a fitness center, a party room, and a library. This community has a main resort-style pool and 13 satellite pools. There’s also community transit available for homeowners who don’t feel like fighting traffic or finding a parking space.

Nine condo models are available in floor plans with one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Ample lot parking is also available for residents. Each unit is between 601 and 1,563 square feet.

Whisper Walk

Boca Lago

There’s also an activities center and a wellness center as well as restaurants, a card room, and a game room. Residents at Boca Lago enjoy comedy shows, day trips, movie nights, and other exciting events and clubs. Fitness classes and personal training are also available, and guest lecturers often lead discussions and share their expertise on a variety of topics.

The resale homes are comfortable and spacious, available as condos, attached villas, or townhomes. Floor plans start at 1,100 square feet and end at 2,900 square feet.

Condo units are spacious, with between 2,750 and 6,000 square feet, three bedrooms, at least two bathrooms, open floor plans, and balconies with views that showcase the Atlantic Ocean or Lake Boca Raton. This 17-story building is exclusive, with only 31 homes available.

An intimate 55+ community with only 62 single-family homes, Colony Woods offers residents a tranquil and scenic enclave in Boca Raton where there’s plenty of space to relax and get to know neighbors. The pool and patio serve as the central meeting spot for most residents, and the homeowners’ association takes care of maintenance and landscaping. Colony Woods is also close to the beach and Interstate 95.

Home models here have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Floor plans are between 1,804 and 2,304 square feet. Certain properties also feature screened lanais.
