Within Vizcaya’s spacious 22,000 square-foot Venetian Clubhouse, residents can enjoy a variety of amenities. They can stay in shape at the well-equipped fitness center and relax in the sauna. A coffee bar, card room, multi-purpose room, and a billiards room are ideal locations for social clubs that meet regularly, or for an impromptu get-together. There is also a theater with a stage for community events.
This beautiful community offers many outdoor amenities as well. Residents can stay enjoy the resort-style pool, six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, and spacious patio to get some Florida sunshine. Walking and biking trails make for a pedestrian friendly community as well.

There are 11 different floor plans available throughout Vizcaya. Each single-family home has two to three bedrooms and two or two-and-a-half bathrooms. Most of the homes include two-car garages, however some models are designed with a one-car garage.

We had friends living here so that's how we came upon the community when we purchased our home here in 2010. It's been nice being so close to our good friends and meeting so many wonderful people here. Some things could use a little updating but overall the amenities are great. I also like having a gated entry. It just feels more private and safe.
