  • How closely do your listings sell to the actual list price? Explain when you think a price reduction is necessary.
  • Do you have a group of inspectors, contractors, painters, and/or landscapers that you can recommend to assist me with prep before listing?

She goes on to say, “It needs to be communicated as a partnership: Sellers need agents and the experience they bring and agents certainly need them to cooperate and follow through with recommendations that will help sell their home.”
