Although Amy was raised in New Canaan, CT, she maintained a part-time residence on Hilton Head Island since 1976 and has always considered the Lowcountry home. She graduated from Franklin Pierce University and moved to Bluffton,SC in 2003. Amy was very responsive when we first started looking to move to the area. She was excellent in answering all of our questions. When we found a home we liked, she was our feet on the ground making sure all aspects were taken care of since we lived out of state. We are now proud home owners in Margaritaville and highly recommend Amy. She is an expert in the area and the process….and a joy to work with.

Amy helped us to buy our dream home in Hampton Lake. She was not only knowledgeable about the homes but also the area. I found Amy by looking for resale homes in Margaritaville, since there was such a long wait for a new build. I have only worked with her for a short time, but what a knowledgeable person. I now have Amy as my relator for a new build in Margaretville. At my first meeting with the builder, Amy asked questions I wouldn't have even thought of. I know now that this new build will go a lot smoother now that I have Amy Lutz representing me.
