Chris brings 20 years of diverse and proven Real Estate experience to you! His passion drives him to share this experience in pursuit of helping Buyers & Sellers reach and exceed their goals and objectives.
Chris started his career in Construction with his father where he developed his work ethic and appreciation for homes and architecture and then turned to home building in the 90’s where Chris then found his passion for people. He was then hired by a local real estate brokerage to support their new home business and client relations. Years later Chris was promoted to Vice President of what was at the time the 4th largest Real Estate company in the US. Chris continued to coach, train and develop the company's Real Estate Agents and assist in managing their clients needs.
In 2010, after a 10-yr. career as Vice President & Sales Manager of the area’s largest real estate office, coaching and training hundreds of the area’s Top Realtors while managing thousands of home sales, Chris resigned and joined his wife Betty in their own real estate business venture.
The experience Chris gained in these roles developed a strong awareness of the priority items that lead to a successful real estate outcome with your success in mind!

I thought I couldnt afford a home like I now have. He showed me how the hecm loan works and I actually was able to purchase twice my budget amount and now I have no maintenance, could not be happier/

Chris was great at helping us navigate the process of our relocation into Cleveland. We found the right community even though it is not what we initially were looking for, if Chris had not helped see surrounding areas we would never had know.
