Jim dedicated two full days to help us find a home in the Venice area of Florida. He was very knowledgeable about the various communities in the area, and he sensed our desires and tastes. He quickly narrowed the search to fit our expectations. Even though we found a home that we really liked, Jim was honest and dissuaded us from making an offer because he believed that we needed to settle some other real estate plans first. We appreciated his candor and his willingness to put our interests above his own. When we are ready to proceed with a purchase in Florida, Jim will be the realtor we will use.

On a Sunday morning I reached out to Jim for help in finding a winter rental. To my surprise, I received a call from Jim within 5 minutes.
